Never asked to give username value during signup

I am following https://docs.blockstack.org/build-apps/tutorials/todos and in the step 5, the tutorial says I am asked to give username.

However, I was never asked this step. Once I copied the secret and ACKed that I copied, I was simply signed in skipping the step to choose the username.
