Explorer page for microblock'd transactions shows incorrect data.

@He1DAr Describe the bug When a transaction is in microblock, the explorer shows a block height as if the transaction has already been confirmed in Anchor block. Rather than doing this, I propose checking if the tx is in microblock, and changing the label to "Projected block height:" I also recommend changing the "Block hash" field to "Microblock hash" until the tx is confirmed in anchor block.
