Auto Rotate not rotating correctly.

I have a Surface Book running Windows 10 Pro. When I launch the app and the 'auto rotate' feature is on, the app rotates itself 90 degrees counter clockwise from where it should be. When I turn the feature off it goes back to the correct orientation perfectly fine.

Now it's stuck at 90 degrees counter clockwise from the normal laptop landscape position and wont rotate at all. When I go back to laptop mode it goes back to the normal landscape position.
