Add Port Select Option for Domains

Hi If you define TLS ports more than one in TLS Settings, by default it will generate configs for all domains with all ports you have defined in tls settings.

On heavy internet censorship days , GFW will make a limitation on cloudflare ports and configs have much better transfer speed on non cloudflare ports.

in other case sometime need to run configs in some specific port number. for example port 7894. if we defince 443,7894 , panel will make cdn configs for 7894 port that will never works because of non valid cloudflare port ranges.

please add an option in domains to admin will select the available ports for specific domains. something like Show Configs of Domains option.

also please add a option to change the hysteria port number.
