Are the codes or executables of "SCSimplify" and "PSCMake" available to the public?

I have noticed that some useful executables are missing. For example, at the top of the file demos/data/drumset_trunc.psc, it states:

# Created using:
#  SCSimplify - -stream drumset.us -xcmpdel -del drumset.orig.qhdt

Therefore, I believe there should be a tool called SCSimplify associated with this development, but I cannot find it in the released code. The tool named PSCMake is also absent. I would like to know if they are available to the public. I would greatly appreciate it if they are accessible. Thank you very much!
