Issue: no return message is shown when edit time

Description: There is no message shown after edit time in page "Time" in the first time of pressing "Apply" button.

Step To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to the unit
2. Go to "Time"
3. Adjust "Date" or "Time"
4. Press "Apply" button

Expected Behavior A message will be shown as "Success!" if time is set successfully.

Actual Result No message is shown but time is still set successfully, press "Apply" button again, the message "Success!" is shown.
