hypercwd Poor Windows support in general

Issues with Windows are apperaing constantly, are they're not getting fixed for a long time. Can we do something about it?

Off topic, for people having issues with hyper with windows: I've switched back to https://github.com/mintty/wsltty for working with WSL, and so far it does the job extremely good. For windows-native stuff I use good old (new, win10's) cmd.exe - it's really not bad. PowerShell doesn't feel like command line, more like interactive C#-like shell, so I don't really like it, but someone might be happy with it.

On topic: there probably should be a CI config for windows.

Same here. I have tried this plugin a few times over the last couple years and have never gotten it to work. I'm on Windows 10.
