Backfill typesense for already published packages

Sure!

I'll update the "dataset" I already have with proglang and missing packages and versions and share it here. Once it's approved, we'd be able to upload it to Typesense cloud.

We can run this to backfill published packages https://github.com/hexpm/hexdocs/blob/main/lib/hexdocs.ex#L10.

I think that's a better approach than relying on my ad-hoc scraping script. It might also give us an opportunity to test the current indexer and identify any potential issues early.
