Bug: the buttons for restarting and stopping the battle

The buttons for restarting and stopping the fight are in an unintuitive place; they should be moved to a separate panel as buttons.

Reproduction steps

1 Click "Sign In"
2 Fill out the form
3 Click "Submit"
4 Click "Create battle"
5 Choose Level=medium, "battle with a bot", Choose task by name or tags=random
6 Click "Create a battle"

Expected result

Each button is separately displayed on the panel

Actual result

The buttons are hidden in the other actions panel.
