Favicons in Safari favorites bar

Hi, In addition to favorites and tabs, it would be great to add favicons in the favorites bar like in Chrome.

This is a very desirable feature 👍 For me lack of favorites bar icons is probably the only thing that don't allow to use Safari as default browser.

Ive been hoping for this functionality for ages, and SS seemed to be the closest thing to it. Would love to see it work, I'm stuck using Chrome and would LOVE to come back to safari. Thanks for building such a useful extension Hetima!

set from context menu individually. not only favicon but custom image via clipboard. hide title.

Can you add "tooltip" (text) that pops up when we hover over the favicon/image for a folder of bookmarks (especially if we hide the title, this would be space-saving, elegant and efficient.) Being able to hover and see the title of the folder (or bookmark) would be ideal.
