OleFileIO_PL on bitbucket moved to olefile on github

The required library, [OleFileIO_PL](https://bitbucket.org/decalage/olefileio_pl), has been moved to Github and is now known as [olefile](https://github.com/decalage2/olefile). Comments, errors and code should be updated to reflect the change.

Olefile not detected but installed
