Create TodoMVC Example

React Refetch has a lot of example snippets, but not a working complete example app. This is an ask to anyone out there who would like to create an example app based on TodoMVC (http://todomvc.com).

Hi there, been a couple months but I've just come across this library. Is there a proposed data source for the TodoMVC example?

The data source should probably just be dummy data from the server as part of the example. It would be nice if the whole thing was self-contained and could be deployed as an Heroku app via a Heroku Button.
