[Bug] windows store games with "codefusion" DRM still cant connect to the internet after "allowed"

Windows version

version 23h2 (OS Build 22631.3296)

Steps to reproduce

  1. install windows store games with codefusion DRM (for example, yakuza / like a dragon games)
  2. run it

Expected behavior

clicking allow on simplewall popup would give internet access to the game

Actual behavior

the game still cant connect to the internet. every game launch, the simplewall popup will appear again
