[Installer Bug] Installer opens simplewall by default, even though on last page there is a checkbox asking if it should be launched.

Steps to reproduce

1.) Run simplewall-3.7.8-setup.exe 2.) Install the application.

In the installation log, you will see that the installer automatically launches the extracted binary:

Then, on next page, you are asked if you want to run simplewall (again):

Expected behavior

Installer should not auto-launch extracted .exe, but wait for user input on next page of installer.

Actual behavior

Binary is launched always.
