[Bug] Misleading warning message when revoking network permissions for simplewall.

Hi,

I am referring to this warning:

Newer versions of Windows use the Dnscache service to connect to your configured DNS servers, despite services.msc claiming otherwise:

If the service is stopped, DNS names will continue to be resolved.

So, this warning is misleading and wrong - I do not know the extent of this change, aka Dnscache resolving domain names, more information is needed, especially from users on Windows 11, 8.1, 8 and Windows 7.

This could be done by blocking all outgoing traffic (default), and disabling any user rule you may have created for svchost to allow connections to your configured DNS servers, then enabling Dnscache under the services tab. If you can still resolve domain names now, Dnscache is indeed used on your system as a resolver.
