Feature request for Custom Filename Formats & Bug in Window Screenshot

FEATURE-REQUEST Please add a feature to be able to add custom filename formats to the screenshots. For example now only 2 filename formats are there these :- But what if we want to custom file name formats like 1,2,3,4... or dd-MM-yyyy or anything add an option to be able to write out the file format that we want or give some presets like 1,2,3,4... and dd-MM-yyyy or to be able to make our own file format give an option here. Somewhat like the example shown below, This is just an example of an application, Free Shooter would have something different. This is to just to give an idea of what I am saying.

ISSUE When we take windows screenshots why some extra parts come in right left and bottom and when we take maximized windows screenshots the clear window shadow feature doesn't take place. Some demonstrations are here:- Here in this picture see some minute leftovers or windows shadows are coming even if I have disabled the option of include window shadow, They shouldn't come right only the window should come Then Why are they coming? When we take maximized windows screenshots the clear window feature doesn't take place you can see some part of time the search bar and Why there is the need to show the left outs Just show the window that's it. Why the need some boundary like thing.

First I want to thank you for making an amazing tool. Here are some feature-requests and some things that Free Shooter doesn't seem to do properly regarding Free Shooter.

1. When I hit the minimize button Free Shooter goes straight up to the system tray Why? It should get minimized not go to the system tray.

It would be very much useful because I always want to save my files from numbering 1 2 like that...
