Unable to delete org in multitenancy context

Hello,

We need to do some cleanup in our organizations in our multitenancy setup. I don't see anything in the code that deletes organizations. Do you think it would be a good idea to add a route for this?

Could you elaborate by what you mean by "delete" an organization? You would like for chartmuseum to limit which routes are allowed/accepted repos?

Please see #86. This issue does not fully cover this, but we need to add the ability to specify configuration on a per-tenant basis. Then, you can startup the server with a configuration file specifying which repos are valid etc.
