利用maven插件assembly打包后，部署服务器后，修改配置文件不变

利用Maven插件assembly打包为jar，同属的还有lib、resouces文件夹；部署到服务器上，启动后的index页面值${ChatServerAddress}不是获取的app.properties，而是打包之前已经写好的，修改resources下的app.propertie参数chat-server-url无效
