Initial model

@hellochick Nice work, I found that there is no initial model in your checkpoint Google Driver folder, could you share your initial model which you train your code? Thank you very much.

@hellochick I also need a initial model pretrained on imageNet and MSCOCO to train PSPnet. Can you give a link or share with me?
