Add animation when application is launched

Increase the size of the application icon and fade out when application is launched

I think is better something like a jumper icon.

This ticket is not about how the animation looks. It is about what triggers it.

We already have this animation in Dock when one clicks an icon in Dock and the application is not yet running.

Now we need

• To have it in Filer as well when an application is double-clicked there
• To have applications started with launch show an animation in Dock as if they were launched from there

Similar, yes. But since we are now mainly using Filer and Menu to launch applications, I am focusing on those now and not on Dock. More like on Classic Mac.
