Follower Thank You Page, backend

After clicking on the Call button, follower is taken to a thank you page that has the message from the influencer and opportunity to share their call details on FB/Twitter

BE needs to return:

• the Thank You message from the influencer
• Pre-prepped post/tweet templates for sharing
