Special spaces and emoticons

Hi everyone, I have a problem with special spaces placed between emoticons (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aide:Liste_de_caract%C3%A8res_sp%C3%A9ciaux#Espaces_fine_et_ins.C3.A9cable). Decoda doesn't apply the transformation (https://github.com/milesj/decoda/issues/114). I would like to know if it's possible to add an option which enable the transformation of all special spaces in normal spaces in your configuration or if we have to do it ourselves because it's specific ?
