Add ability to sort notes by "Date Created" instead of just "Date Modified"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I use Hedgedoc to write content updates for my followers, and I like them to be ordered from oldest to newest. If I so much as look at an older note, however, it gets brought up to the top of the notes list.

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to view the 'date created' and sort by 'data created' would be useful.

Even more useful would be the ability to create folders or groups of notes, but that's unrelated.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Another solution is to make it so that looking at, but not modifying, a note does not bump it to the top of the stack.
