I'm trying to decompile a game that uses encrypted .xex files, What should i do to decrypt an encrypted .xex file successfully?

use this tool to decrypt the xex through this command "xextool.exe -e u default.xex"

to decompress the xex type this command "xextool.exe -c u default.xex"

You might as well just do both at this same time. Also, workaround for any compression asserts. https://github.com/hedge-dev/XenonRecomp/issues/6#issuecomment-2695675219: xextool -o decunc.xex -c u -e u default.xex

XenonRecomp already supports decryption, but you'll have to decompress yourself if your XEX is compressed since there's no support for it yet.
