Report and execution rounding errors

The PIT report and excecution is rounding incorrectly, leading to some potentially funky looking reports (using v1.5.2):

Hi @embee1981 !

I think this is a duplicate of https://github.com/hcoles/pitest/issues/140 which has been opened some time ago but has no solution, yet.
