Output suggests to correct to the same word.

Hey, I'm using your package for many years for https://github.com/rusrails/rusrails spellchecking.

After recent update, I'm getting an error, when it complains on correct word, and suggests to fix it to the same word.

Examples:

1. Пул (32:1, suggest:  Пулл,  Пул)
2. Тогда (83:1, suggest:  Тогда)
3. отправит (83:56, suggest: отправить, отправит, отправят)
4. yml (suggest: html, yml, wml)

I'm also facing this issue after an update. What's more interesting is that there's at least one instance of a misspelled suggestion:

Typos: 1
1. необязательно (32:1, suggest: не обязательно, но обязательно, не обезательно)

Unfortunately, errors occur due to the Speller API, I can fix them on my side, but this is not correct. I recommend switching to CSpell.
