platform Changelog follow-up and communication about versions release

The changelog file is outdated. Also we can see here and there mentions of a 0.7 version. Is it available ? There are images on dockerhub for 0.7 "s" prefixed versions : what does it mean ? There has not be a single release on github since may.

Is the changelog and a roadmap available and up-to-date elsewhere ? This is not clear.
