csaw lesson?

We've been using csaw for histone modification studies as an alternative to peak-calling or focusing on specific features like TSS regions. It might be useful as a lesson.

@cjfields have definitely heard of it, just haven't had a chance to try it. I think once we have a better feel for the tool and how it works , I could see us adding it to the materials

Not a pressing issue. This may be one we can possibly add some basic materials for to start it off.
