full area doesn't work on xp-pen deco 01 v2

when i check the full area box, it shows what's the proper dimensions of the full tablet, but when i try to use it, it only actually uses up to a bit more than half of the actual full tablet area at first it didn't even work, but after changing some stuff on the config files it got to find my tablet this not using the full area also happened with all non-official xp-pen drivers i tried other than that, the driver runs smoothly
