Lapis jumps from enchanting table

Found in version 1.13.2 When enchanting, only single lapis can be put into the table by picking pu the stack, and clicking the slot. any other way, the lapis just jumps in the slot, and back to inventory.

Sorry for the late reply, but I could use more information, specifically your config and what actions you took to replicate this as well as what you'd expect to happen.
