Describe the bug

The dimensional tears layer below the end does not render with the correct texture when ocean physics are enabled. Without ocean physics enabled:

With ocean physics enabled:

To Reproduce

1. Load into game
2. Enable Ocean physics in the mod menu
3. View dimensional tears texture change to water
