Activate/Pause/Finalize buttons

The intended use of the Activate/Pause/Finalize buttons isn't clear (unless you've used the software before).

Since the Activate and Pause buttons are essentially toggles, it would be better to combine them into a single toggled button.

Finalize might be better renamed 'Close round' or something similar.

I can add tooltips for buttons, any ideas?

For the Activate/Pause toggle button, one of the following, depending on state:

• Activate the round and allow voting
• Pause the round and temporarily deactivate voting

For the Close round button:

• Close the round (all voting is complete)

The Activate/Pause button now works as a toggle. I guess that this can be closed as Resolved

Finalize would be better renamed 'Close round'. Clearer in intent, and makes it obvious what the button is to be used for.

Not sure if the last comment is still relevant. There is a distinction between finalize (closing last round) and starting a new round. I think the current setup works sufficiently and propose to close.
