Individual Donor Count is a Static png

I know this is more annoying since Hakyll is a static site generator, but the individuals count doesn't move. It'd be nice to get up-to-date notions of how many individuals are donating to Haskell, because

1. It helps encourage a herd effect, promoting further donations.
2. It helps give Haskell Foundation an image of wide support.
3. It helps give the impression that Haskell has many supportive users who care enough to support Haskell Foundation fiscally, implying that Haskell jobs are lucrative (which may or may not be true), and that there are Haskellers available for hire.
