V1.1.2 missing the download packages ?

Hi team,

It looks like v1.1.2 does not contain any packages needed by Packer to work with: no SHA256SUMS nor zip files to download.

Was there any issue in the release process ?

Seeing the same. The 1.1.2 tag exists but there's no correlating release on GitHub.

It looks like the relevant GitHub Action had issues but it wasn't marked as failed.
