[FEATURE] Emit detailed message upon deploy exit

It would be advantageous for Levant to emit a detailed JSON message upon deployment finish with metrics and information regarding the deployment. This information could include:

  • time to render
  • total time of deployment
  • allocs as part of deployment
  • deployment id
  • diff from last version
