Placeholder – support nonzero shard/realm in all yahcli ops

This is a placeholder ticket for implementing nonzero shard/realm across all yahcli functionality.

In order to facilitate devops testing with nonzero shard/realm as quickly as possible, we'll implement nonzero shard/realm in yahcli's various commands in the order that they become blockers for devops testing. Therefore, the order of implementation subject to the order of their testing; we will create separate subtasks for each piece of work as each blocking piece becomes known.
