chore: demonstrate working protobufs for wasm

Description:

Currently, protobufs and the hedera-sdk-rust will not compile for WASM due to dependencies like tonic and mio not being compatible. This is a proof of concept demonstrating protobufs achieving compatibility by utilizing prost directly instead.

Note, this is not production ready and merely a proof of concept.

In order to test this is working you can run the example tests with this command

wasm-pack test --chrome --headless

I would not consider myself proficient in rust and I am certain there are more efficient ways to get this to work.
