Improve HTS Tutorials

Problem

The current HTS tutorials on docs are quite simple and limited. There is room for improvement.

Solution

Create Improved NFT and FT tutorials on docs.hedera.com. In a perfect world the tutorials can be more narrative and tell a story similar to the Blog HTS tutorials. In terms of topics we suggest the HTS tutorials are expanded to include the following topics: NFTs Create a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) Create Customs Fees Enable Token KYC Mint NFT Associate NFT Transfer the NFT Updating NFT Freeze NFT Delete NFT

NFTs (extended) Add admin key to token and use Update custom fees with key Add metadata key and use

FTs Create FT Mint FT Associate FT Transfer FT Update FT Freeze FT Burn FT
