Update AI Studio link on docs landing page to point to AI Studio Docs

The Hedera Docs landing page currently points to: https://hedera.com/ai-studio

Update the URL to point to: https://docs.hedera.com/hedera/open-source-solutions/ai-studio-on-hedera

I also feel that the banner for AI Studio is too prominent as the first thing you see on the Docs landing page. I feel like our getting started content should be the prominent content on the landing page for people new to Hedera. The links to AI studio should be secondary content perhaps as a block in the Getting Started section.
