Figure Options in Quarto

Since version 0.14, it has been possible to set figure options in Quarto such as fig-width and fig-height. However, this only appears to work when set in the global YAML. Changing them in individual cells has no effect. Is there a way around this, or will this feature be made available?

This is a known quarto issue.
