How to access image URL whose url is not provided directly, but has "imagepermissionlevel":1?

Ex: http://api.harvardartmuseums.org/object/226337?apikey=<your api key>

At the moment there is no way to access URLs for images that have rights restrictions with the type of API key you have.

It is not possible to grant you access to restricted images.

Sorry but no - it's not a technical hurdle but a matter of honoring rights restrictions and institutional policy.
