How to use async Call?

Hello Harold. First of all, thank you for your job and this useful library. Also, I want to use correctly the Call instance Because only it works correctly without runBlocking in Authentificator. Like in this case stack. Please help me understand how it can be integrated or extended with your "pattern". Thank you!
