Coverage: 100.0%. Remained the same when pulling 10e7246b5e1e4a341aad717c3c6eb59883ea4e40 on mattboutet:marked-term into 4661f17ac8bdb1d3915695b2f819ff2336730131 on hapipal:master.

It turns out in npm v9 an aborted init will still have exit code 0, so there's a broken test with node v18. Working on a rewrite of the test in question now.
