iptables 转发的自定义链CLASH并没有被引用如何生效？

如题，能够翻墙貌似全靠clash自身的dns hijack劫持吧…… 但是我现在的问题是clash的dns hijack与openwrt自带的dnsmasq的端口重复了，如果停止dnsmasq的dns功能，那么dhcp中的dns分发也会停止，会导致所有设备无法获取上游dns…… 不知道老师有什么好的方案，用iptable转发所有53端口请求查询给clash？
