mupdf works but other file formats does'nt open

I want to show .ppt , .doc and .xls files inside webview. I guess kernel x5 is not loaded. I read the document to fix this issue. Via Wechat. But I don't get how to do it. testing device has kernel version 3.10. Please help me out. I'll be really grateful.

X5 failed to load.

X5 is a browser kernel provided by China's Tencent. TBS uses X5 to provide the underlying capabilities, but the TBS library does not contain the X5 kernel itself. When TBS is initialized, it will go to: 1) Find and share other Tencent products ( Such as: WeChat, QQ, QQ browser, etc.) X5 kernel; 2) Try to download a set of X5 kernel (this may be affected by the network environment);

In China, WeChat（and QQ） is installed on almost every user’s mobile phone, so TBS can usually be used. For phones that cannot find a shared kernel, TBS has a certain degree of possibility of initialization failure. You can consider whether to use this library according to the actual situation on your side.

作者您好，安装了QQ浏览器， onViewInitFinished 返回了true，但是依然加载不出来word文档和excel表格，安卓设备已经安装了QQ浏览器，一直卡在 加载中…… 请问这个您知道是怎么回事吗？ 我运行官方的demo是可以的（在安装了QQ浏览器的情况下） 另外：国外的项目，国外的网络，在没有安装微信、QQ以及QQ浏览器的情况下，可以安装腾讯X5内核吗？若您知道的话，还烦请您不吝赐教！非常感谢！🙏
