Add related matchers for javax.json objects

Add related matchers library g4s8/matchers-json with Hamcrest objects for javax.json JsonObject, JsonArray and JsonValue; also, support raw string JSON arrays/objects via adapters.

Going to try and kick start hamcrest, so if you want to get it merged, please rebase from the branch v2.3-candidates. Still trying to understand how has permissions to perform a release.
