Can SpeedSeq deal with species other than Homo Sapien?

SpeedSeq is a pipline of high efficency. I wonder if it can deal with species other than Human?
For example:

  1. Medical model organisms such mouse, rat, or monkey etc...
  2. Animals that are more different from human, such as zebrafish, fruitfly, and C.Elegant...
  3. Plants, such as rice ath... Is there any tips from the auther? @cc2qe If there is any one who has tried this, would you please share your experience?
