Feature Request - Allow Unauthenticated Email Servers for Expiry Emails

When I was setting up my email configuration last night, I was not allowed to save the configuration without including a username and password for the SMTP server. I have a locked down mail relay for my lab that allows services on my local network to send without authenticating, and I would prefer to use this instead of relaying through an outside service.

I also do not have STARTTLS or SSL configured on this server because it is local-only.
