Red heart

There are two "red hearts" in jis: ❤️ and ❤, which here look the same, but e.g. in R console look like this

as can be seen, jis specifies the first one in the table as NA for the various vendors and the second one as TRUE. I believe it should be the other way round. If I copy paste the red heart from the twitter input form (❤️) and grep it, I get:

Also, is this expected?
