Converting application for Linux webserver

What would I need to do to make it compatible with a Linux apache2 webserver? It'd be lovely for documentation, but I think that'd take some time. If you could give me a small hint of what I need to do, I'd really appreciate it. (I can imagine first step would be getting CuraEngine for Linux)
